Welcome to V-Invoice. By downloading, accessing, or using the V-Invoice mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Description of Service
V-Invoice is an offline-first mobile application designed to assist businesses, freelancers, and individuals in generating, managing, and tracking invoices locally on their devices. Features include template generation (PDF), payment tracking, digital signatures, and client management.
Disclaimer: V-Invoice is a software tool, not an accounting or tax advisory service. We do not guarantee that the invoices generated comply with the specific legal, tax, or regulatory requirements of your jurisdiction.
3. User Responsibilities & Data
- Data Loss: Because V-Invoice stores all data locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy, you are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your data. We provide a JSON export feature for this purpose. We cannot recover data lost due to device failure, uninstallation, or user error.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial information, tax calculations, client details, and digital signatures you enter into the App.
- Compliance: It is your responsibility to verify that the generated PDFs and GST/Tax formats meet the legal requirements of your local tax authorities.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, complete with its original content, features, functionality (including all interface designs, templates, logic, and graphics), is owned by V-Invoice and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
5. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for generating invoices for your own business or personal use. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Free Usage & Access
V-Invoice provides all of its core and advanced features — including invoice creation, quotation generation, client and product management, financial reporting, and PDF template styles — free of charge. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or virtual coin requirements to access any feature in the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall V-Invoice, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent changes at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
